How to book a flight                        go to Online reservations

Search for flights

 On the main page, click on the "Air Reservations" button to start the search.

1.  On the right hand side, choose "round trip" or "one-way".  If your trip involves multiple destinations, click on "add multiple destinations".

2.  Enter the details of the flights you want to search for: where you are flying from, the desired departure date and time, your destination, and return date and time.

          3.  Choose the number of travelers in each age group.

4.  Choose your desired class of service, type of flight, and preferred airline.  (If you have no preferrence - leave boxes blank)

5.  Choose your search choice and click on "Search"

Select the flights you want

1.  On the availability page, scroll thru and view the details for the available flights.

2.  Click on "Select Flights" to choose the flights you want, or choose "new search" to start over.

Click on "Continue

Check the flights you have chosen

1.  On the review page, check the flights you have chosen.  You can see the fare, taxes and any other fees, such as booking fees and service fees.

     You can also check the fare and purchase conditions.

          2.  When you are ready, you can choose to hold the reservation, add a hotel and/or a car reservation, cancel the flights, or purchase this flight.

3.  Clicking on "hold reservation" or "purchase this flight" will take you to the "login" page where you must "login" or "setup a new profile" before

     holding or purchasing the flight. 

Start new profile

1.  Member information: all information with a "*" must be completed to build a profile.  Choose your own Login ID and Password.

     Optional information may be completed if desired. 

          2.  Fill in your Company name.  If you are not associated with a company enter "none".

3.  Select your choice of payment method.  If a corporate card is being charged, do not complete this section.

          4.  Complete Billing address if needed.

5.  Complete "daytime phone number" and "email 1"

          6.  Complete other information as desired.

7.  Click on "Create Profile"

Pay for the flights  

1.  Check that all flight and personal details are correct.

2.  Select your payment details (if purchase is being paid for by a corporate card, choose "pay at agency"

3.  Choose a ticket delivery method if the option is provided.

          4.  Complete any remarks or special requests.

5.  Read the "Terms and Conditions" and click on the check box to indicate that you have read and accept the Fare Rules and Terms

     & Conditions.

          6.  Click on "Hold Reservations" or "Purchase Flights"

Your booking is confirmed

It's a good idea to print out the booking confirmation in case you need it. You can use the reservation number to retrieve your trip at a later date if you subsequently need to view, modify or cancel it. A bar code may be present in which case you can use the printed confirmation as a boarding pass. The bar code contains some booking information that may be scanned to speed up the check-in process.
